Complete residential renovation encompassing structural modifications, full interior redesign with updated kitchen and bathroom, roofing, and exterior improvements including landscaping, decking, fencing, and new windows. Full project management throughout.

02. Maungaraki recladding

Exterior wall recladding on residential property including structural assessment, cladding replacement, and finishing work.

03. kitchen renovation, Mirangi road, northland

Full kitchen, living room, and dining room renovation creating open plan living across the three spaces. Included new cabinetry, fixtures, countertops, finishes, and structural modifications to remove walls. Complete project coordination and installation.
